Mindlab is one of Singapore’s first tuition centres focusing on IBDP and IGCSE tuition. Our team is carefully-selected with a series of interview and knowledge tests (written & presentation). Sales/Administrative Assistant (Chinese-Speaking)

Brief Description

Answer incoming telephone calls and email enquiries and handles all correspondence
Work with the team in increasing sales from customer point of contact to conversions
Assist the Centre Manager in all matters at the Centre
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by sales & marketing team

Educational Background & Skills Required:

Min Higher Nitec
Near-native Chinese language speaker and writer
Excellent command of the English language (written, spoken)
Experience in customer service will be an advantage

Chemistry Tutor

Brief Description

Conduct 1-to-1 and group classes online or offline: from lesson planning, lecture, demonstration, and provision of relevant class exercises/activities
Readings of Chemistry textbooks (IB/IGCSE) relevant to the syllabus as basis of lesson plans
Evaluate the students’ progress through trial class and regular progress reports
Inspire and motivate students to excel

Educational Background & Skills Required:

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree holder in Chemistry / Sciences or related courses
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
Engaging and clear presentation skills
Passion to teach and engage professionally with students

Math/Physics Tutor

Brief Description

Conduct 1-to-1 and group classes online or offline: from lesson planning, lecture, demonstration, and provision of relevant class exercises/activities
Readings of Math/Physics textbooks (IB/IGCSE) relevant to the syllabus as basis of lesson plans
Evaluate the students’ progress through trial class and regular progress reports
