My child improved a lot with the support of Ms Michelle who is an excellent Bio and chemistry teacher. She’s able to recognise a child’s weakness and adapt accordingly. She also communicates regularly with parents which is really helpful in tracking the progress achieved week after week 🙂

Great tuition centre. I personally don’t like tuition centers with a bunch of students in one room, it intimidates me. Mindlab has a room for each student which is very comforting.
Teachers talk super fast but are super nice, professional and supportive. Centre has access to most recent past papers and will give you answer booklets if you need them. They are very organized too.
One thing to remember is to book your sessions ASAP. There are a limited number of seats and teachers so as soon as you get that IB/AP schedule, book. Better to make bookings at desk, faster that way.

The tutors at mindlab take on a different approach that is much more effective and engaging than the rest. Rather than giving you the answers and writing your work for you, they genuinely care about your progress and know how to make you grow and learn as a student through your own mistakes. Ms. Jenn is an amazing tutor for IB AA HL Math, she has a very comprehensive understanding of Math and also the requirements of the IB exams which allows her to ensure students don’t only learn the concept but also all the ways in which the course requires them to apply it. She is also very committed with finding new ways to explain when I didn’t understand, making topic-specific worksheets and ensuring I understand each thing taught. Overall a very positive experience with MindLab through our family’s 5 years with them.

I attended Skype classes with Mindlab as I’m based in Australia. The class is really beneficial and productive. Mr. David taught me techniques that can help me memorize all those crazy formula’s in my head and he always make sure I understand every lesson before we end the Skype convo. It’s pretty amazing how I find help with my academics in another part of the world. Great experience! 🙂

My Physics tutor has taught me techniques that have helped me improve my understanding of the subject. If I don’t understand something, she is very patient and explains concepts in different ways.

Teachers do care about the students a lot and always provides a detailed feedback after a work. It did help me a lot to improve.

My son learned and improved so much because, each class, Teacher Jiabin really knew where the problems were, filled the holes in his understanding of some basic concepts, and was able to apply the basics to progressively difficult problems. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to cover a vast amount of Math material without getting stuck or lost. Since we are overseas, not in Singapore, Mindlab made it easy to send money from abroad and to have class via Internet weekly. The tuition/class records/communication was efficient, well-organized, and very professional. Highly recommend Mindlab’s services to students anywhere in the world who may need help to get ahead or to prepare for exams.

My child attended Mindlab for his revision for IB exams and they did a really good job. At first he was only getting 3 for his mocks in Math HL but when the final results comes out. I was very surprised when he got a 6! And they really keep track the performance of their students. As soon as the IB results comes out, one of their staff call me to ask how my child scored. Being a parent I’m so happy that they really do their part and I really feel the worth of sending my son there. For sure, I will send my daughter there again when she reaches IB level.

The tutors (Ms Siti (Maths) and Ms Imee (Chemistry)) are super friendly. They are also able to swiftly and accurately explain the concepts with great clarity. They have also helped me find my weak points and improve on them which is life saving when it comes to exams.

We returned to Singapore from Manchester and we decided to homeschool my daughter. It is a pain finding tutors who are familiar with IGCSE syllabus in Singapore. We tried Mindlab and my daughter gave me a nod (she has GAD, thus getting a tutor whom she can get along with ease is extremely difficult). The staffs here are very understanding and helpful in assisting me with the time and tutors.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ms Naomi and Mr Devin for helping my daughter in preparing her exams in such a short period of time (approximately 6 months to finish Year 10 syllabus). My daughter was all praised of Mr Devin for his tips in answering the Chemistry questions and she came out with full of confidence that she will score an A (she got A*). I am thankful for Ms Naomi’s patience and weekly updates. She hates English to the core and it is her weakest subject, but she passed the exam.

Easy to work with the administration. High level tutors for 1:1 teaching. We had a great experience.

aside from always accommodating to my request, the tutors in mindlab does go the extra miles to help my son score 2 grades higher for his exam. the front desk girls were also very helpful and smiley whenever my husband and i come to fetch my child. kudos for the good service!

I was tutored by Mr David for Chemistry. At first, I had issues understanding Chemistry concepts and could not keep up with classes in school. However, under Mr David’s guidance and the provision of comprehensive practices and notes, I was better able to grasp these Chemistry concepts and saw a large improvement in my Chemistry grade. Mr Enrico is an amazing tutor and has been of great help over the past two and a half years. He is able to identity my learning patterns and adapt his lessons to fit my learning style, always offering extremely clear explanations when I don’t understand something. He is also extremely approachable and friendly, making lessons not only fulfilling and enriching, but also genuinely enjoyable to participate in.
